While we love animals, we only allow pets at select homes in New York and Seattle. At our other Common homes, pets may be allowed as an accommodation for tenants with qualified disability.

Our all-inclusive rates start from $1,070 for a 12 month lease. Select suites come with a master bedroom with a dedicated bathroom, large windows that provide for a sunlit bedroom, and other added benefits.

Our home in Chicago is centrally located in Pilsen, one of the city's most historic neighborhoods that puts you close to a bevy of attractions, eateries, and more. Just a few minutes walk to Thalia Hall, the National Museum of Mexican Art, and the Chicago Arts District, you’ll be in the ideal spot to fully immerse yourself in Chicago culture.

At that time, you can reserve the room while we conduct a background check, and if everything checks out, you sign your lease.
